INFORMATION AND REFERRAL

MPF has a toll-free information service for those living in Michigan. It provides easy access for people to request information. Business hours are 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday, but messages can be left on voice mail. Call (800) 852-9781. You may also email us at mpfdir@yahoo.com.

MPF provides a variety of services to people who call. Information packets and materials are available on many topics relating to Parkinson's disease and caregiving.

People interested in locating a neurologist who treats Parkinson's disease may be provided with names and numbers of three physicians in their geographic area or to movement disorder specialists (neurologists who specialize in conditions such as Parkinson’s disease).

Questions may arise where community resources could be tapped. MPF can assist in these referrals.
